The Software - Web Interface

The web interface is the set of screens that the operator sees and allows complete control over the system.

It's main menu looks like this:

Layout goes to a full screen view of the track layout.  It looks like the below.  From here it's mostly just about viewing what's going on, but you can click on points to change their direction.

Throttle takes you to a throttle allowing manual control just like any other DCC system.  Use of this isn't really my main goal, it's only for testing really.  With things in full swing this is simply not used.

Mission control is all about launching missions.  It lists the missions that are configured and allows you to launch them individually, or just "start all" to launch everything.

Mission status is the real-time live tracking of missions and what is going on.  Trains will report their precise action - such as Moving, Slowing, Stopped.  It will give the reasons for the action - for example "Stopped as Piece Ahead Locked by Virgin"

The Trains screen gives a list of all trains and allows some manual actions.  From here you can tell the software where a train currently is, or you could tell it to "Go To" a destination.  This will create a custom one off mission just to drive from current location to somewhere else.
